Use a cream or scrub with either salicylic acid (weaker) or benzoyl peroxide. These are generally used in many acne treatments. For the later make sure the cream is 10% for the most effect. Brands to look for in the drugstore are: ZapZyt, OXY, etc.

If you are looking for something a little more effective but a lot more expensive, there is an acne treatment formulated by a dermatologist. I can’t remember the name (which I know doesnt help too much) but I thought his initials were M.B. I have seen some youtube videos on the effects and they look amazing.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. Dont worry about it all us teens go through the same thing. I suggest trying http://tinyurl.com/pkkbhf they have plentyyy of skin care products for just about any problems. Fixed my acne right up. Good luck and hope you don’t have to go through anymore of them embarrassing acne days.

Medications make acne red and itchy before it gets better. That’s normal, but it sounds like you would be better of using natural cures. Here’s a link that might help you out. There are books under the "resources" section that go way more in-depth.

Without spending a lot of money. just run hot water until it is very hot. Get a wash cloth wet it with hit water. and just take a little bit of hand soap and scrub your face. if you do it 3 or 4 times a day you'll be fine

Clean and clear spot treatment. It works fabulous, I also have sensitive skin but so far haven't had any trouble with it. It also helps with skin tone so if you have a scar of mark from previous breakouts it removes that.
