What is the best over the counter acne treatment?

I need an acne treatment that I can get at walmart or a drug store. I don’t need a facewash. Just “spot treatment” for acne that I can put right on the pimple. What have you used? What works best? Any skincare tips?

Have you looked into Proactive for your spot treatment? I’ve been using Proactive for a while now and it works really great. It works very fast, within a day or so. I haven’t had a breakout in a while. I’ve tried all sorts of different acne medication and pills and none of those worked for me.     You have not really suggested what you are looking. You have discarded facewashes so i do not know if you want pill or creams all i can suggest is the site below.

    Aside from the obvious of eating healthy and avoiding junk food, consider taking vitamin B and baking soda scrubs. I also put a bit of salus spray on baking soda and it works remarkably well. Try it. I get the spray from ebay and it lasts forever if refrigerated.
